If you experience issues like not able to print to Universal Printers on a Azure AD joined Windows machine, you might want to check if you have duplicate work account on your computer. Go to “Settings – Accounts – Access work or school”. Here you should see the accounts that your Windows have connected. If you see that there is a duplicate here, you need to remove one.
But if you try to remove one, the other might also disappear, and as soon as you add it back, there will be a duplicate again. To fix this problem you need to look for some tokens that is being used for the authentication. Go to this path:
%AppData%\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker\Accounts
Here you will find lots of token’s, they look like this:
Delete all of these files and reboot the PC. When the user log in, these will be re-generated, but this time the duplicate account will be gone.
